22. Agreement Amendments

You may designate a nominee through the company’s internal processes. The selected nominee will supersede all previous mentions, and in the event of a need, the nominee will be notified accordingly. The company will verify the validity of the nominee and allow minors as nominees with parental or guardian consent. Nomination will follow Indian succession laws, and users are advised to consult a legal professional for clarity. The company will soon provide best practices for selecting a nominee through its knowledge portal.

26. Executor Policy

You may designate an executor/administrator through the company’s internal processes. The selected executor will supersede all previous mentions. The company will verify the validity of the executor but will not allow minors to be executors. Executor selection will follow Indian succession laws or relevant personal/religious laws. The company will soon provide best practices for selecting an executor through its knowledge portal. The company also provides executor services through its service partners.

27. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions to [Oneg Solution Private Limited] products and services are governed by the following terms:

• Subscriptions can be annual or lifetime based on the prevailing fees and corresponding features/benefits.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• There is no provision for stopping, pausing, or proportionally using services during the subscription period.
• Users may be required to sign a mandate for smooth payment/renewal processes.
• Accounts are non-assignable and non-transferable.

28. Promotional Trial Memberships

29. General Provisions

• Confidentiality: Confidential information must not be disclosed without written consent, except in specific circumstances such as legal disputes.

• IP and Retention of Title: All intellectual property created by the company remains its exclusive property. No content from the Website/Application may be reproduced without the company’s permission.

No Refund Policy

1. No Refunds:

All purchases made through our website/application, including but not limited to subscriptions, digital products, and services, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, exchange, or credit, under any circumstances.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, except:

3. Chargebacks:
